Wheely offers flat-rate journeys between London and Henley-on-Thames, with exclusive access to the closest pick-up and drop-off points right by the enclosure entrances, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience. Simply enter “Henley Royal Regatta” when booking, select your enclosure and your chauffeur will ensure a seamless arrival.

While vehicles will be available on site for immediate requests, pre-booking is recommended for journeys outside of London.

Stewards’ Enclosure and Regatta Enclosure

Henley Royal Regatta has three enclosures: Stewards’ Enclosure, Regatta Enclosure and Fawley Meadows Enclosure (Official Hospitality only). See corresponding pick up and drop off information. Please note the Henley Royal Regatta site will open at 7:30 am and close at 9:00 pm.

All Stewards' Enclosure and Regatta Enclosure Members and guests will be dropped off at the dedicated Stewards’ Enclosure main entrance. Wheely has exclusive access to the closest possible drop-off and pick-up point, offering unmatched proximity to the Enclosures. Regatta Enclosure guests will need to walk a short distance to their dedicated entrance. For return journeys, depart from the Wheely Lounge opposite this entrance.

If you are attending official hospitality at the exclusive Fawley Meadows Enclosure or on Temple Island, please book your journey to the dedicated Wheely pick-up and drop-off point at the Fawley Meadows Enclosure entrance.

Wheely Departure Lounge
